Built for athletes, coaches, and researchers

01

Raw data, faithfully logged

We record the actual result - weight lifted, time, distance, reps - exactly as competed. No forced standardization.

02

Biomechanical categories

Events are grouped by movement pattern, not implement. A log press and an axle press are both Overhead Press - filterable by implement.

03

Multi-federation filters

Filter by federation, weight class, sex, age, or year. Weight classes vary across feds - we handle that with filters, not forced normalization.

04

Open & downloadable

All data is free to download as CSV. Use it for research, coaching, or building your own tools. No account required.

Strongman deserves an open record.

Results from thousands of competitions - local, national, and international - exist only as PDFs, Facebook posts, and spreadsheets scattered across the internet. Athletes have no reliable way to track their history. Coaches can't benchmark athletes across federations. Researchers have no dataset to work with.

OpenStrongman exists to fix that. We're building a permanent, open, community-maintained archive of strongman results - free to use, free to download, and free forever.
